We are looking for a qualified team member to join our company operating in the aviation industry as an Engineering Maintenance Planner.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Prior experience in engineering and maintenance planning, preferably within a major airline, is an asset.
  • Strong team player with excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (written, spoken, and comprehension).
  • Skilled in using computer programs.
  • High cost-awareness and the ability to implement cost-effective engineering and planning solutions.
  • Willingness to work in shifts when required.
  • For male candidates, completion of mandatory military service is preferred.

 

Job Description:

  • Coordinate all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, including daily/weekly checks, and take necessary predictive and precautionary actions.
  • Assist the System/Powerplant Engineering Team in preparing scheduled maintenance packages in accordance with the approved maintenance program.
  • Coordinate with the Production Planning & Control Department and the Commercial Department for the scheduling of planned maintenance packages.
  • Monitor and follow up on postponed maintenance actions.
  • Updating necessary system status files IAW completed maintenance actions.
  • Ensure completed maintenance packages are well-documented and meet quality standards.
  • Contribute to and support continuous process improvement initiatives within the Engineering Department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
