We are looking for a qualified team member to join our company operating in the aviation industry as an Aircraft Systems Engineer.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical, Astronautical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in aviation engineering, preferably as a CAMO Engineer.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with aviation regulations and decision-making processes.
• Proficient in MS Office & MRO systems; familiarity with WINGs is a strong asset.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and prioritize complex workloads within operational timelines.
• Strong analytical thinking with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Sound technical knowledge of Boeing Commercial Jets, including systems, avionics, and airframe components.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across all organizational levels and with external suppliers.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally and undertake long-term assignments outside the office when required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

 Job Description

• Airworthiness Directive, Service. Bulletin and non-mandatory documents (Service Letter, Manufacturer Documents, STC documents, etc.) evaluation and application. 
• Prepare and update aircraft system maintenance forecasts and work packages.
• Develop engineering orders/task cards and ensure timely execution.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of all system-related tasks.
• Prepare and present system-related reliability reports on a regular basis.
• Monitor and review regulatory publications from SHGM and other authorities and plan accordingly.
• Be responsible for Base Maintenance, Aircraft Transaction activities as on-site responsible coordinator.
• Develop and/or coordinate modifications for all fleets.
• Monitor data from the aircraft manufacturers and authorities.
• To evaluate technical documents (AD, SB, SL etc) and prepare required documentation for implementation.
• Work with the aircraft manufacturer to ensure airworthiness of the aircraft.
• Engineering support to MGA Internal Departments on technical issues.
• Drive and support the continuous process development within Engineering.
• Perform other duties as assigned by CAMO Manager.
