• How can I apply?

• What should I pay attention to when applying?

It is important to fill out the application form completely and correctly. We kindly ask you to ensure that your contact information, which we will use to reach you, is up to date. If available, you can attach your photo resume and cover letter.

• I applied but was not considered. Can I get information about this?

 Please check if your competencies and experiences match those specified in the job post. We regret to inform you that candidates who do not meet the specified criteria in the post cannot be considered for the position.

• There is no job post for the position I am interested in, what should I do?

 You can receive notifications for the positions you are interested in by becoming a member of our career page, and you can apply for our open General Application post , which is available in the Open Jobs section throughout the year.

• Has my application been submitted? What stages should I expect after the application?

 We inform you through the system when your application is received. You can follow the details of your application through the Applications section using the account you created. After our evaluations, if your application meets the criteria specified in the job post, we will contact you. Evaluation periods vary depending on criteria such as the number of applications received for the post, the number of candidates to be hired, etc.

• What are the stages of the interview program for administrative units?

If our candidates meet all the criteria specified in our job post, we will establish contact with them to schedule an interview program. Before the interview, our pre-interview processes regarding the competencies of the relevant position vary. A personality inventory and an English proficiency test are defined for all our candidates. Since our pre-interviews are conducted online, you can complete the relevant stages without causing any disruption to your work and social life. After this stage, online and/or face-to-face interviews are conducted with the candidates found suitable. Our interviews are scheduled according to our managers' availability and our recruitment calendar. After the interviews, all candidates are informed positively/negatively, and this process varies depending on the evaluations.

• What are the stages of the interview program for technical units?

If our candidates meet all the criteria specified in our job post, we will establish contact with them to schedule an interview program. • What are the stages of the interview program for cabin crews?

 If our candidates meet all the criteria specified in our job post, we will establish contact with them to schedule an interview program. Due to our Base being in Antalya, we prioritize candidates residing in Antalya and/or willing to live in Antalya in our candidate evaluations. In the first stage of our interview program, we expect you to participate in the English proficiency test planned for you. After the test results, candidates who meet the English proficiency requirements for the relevant position are invited to the board interview. Before the interview, processes such as height-weight measurement, document check, tattoo-scar check, etc., are completed. Candidates who are approved after the board interview are directed to authorize health institutions by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHGM) to obtain a Class 1 Medical Certificate. The recruitment process is initiated for candidates without any health issues that prevent them from flying.

• What are the stages of the interview program for cockpit crews?

If our candidates meet all the criteria specified in our job post, we will establish contact with them to schedule an interview program. Our priority for cockpit crews is to have a valid license for the specified aircraft types. Initial evaluations for candidates are conducted by the Human Resources department to start the process. Suitable candidates are shared with the Flight Operations and Cockpit Training departments, and a joint evaluation is carried out. For approved candidates, a face-to-face and/or online interview program is scheduled. In the final stage of the multiple competency assessments, candidates are included in a simulator flight with our TRI/TRE Pilots. The recruitment process is initiated for successful candidates. The recruitment calendar may vary due to training programs.

• Can I apply for an internship?

 You can apply for our open Internship job post, which is available in the Open Jobs section throughout the year, for internship opportunities. We recommend our internship candidates to apply in the early months of the year without waiting for the determination of quotas. The scope of your internship and the nature of your internship are also important. Priority is given to candidates with internship requirements in internship applications. You can upload your internship documents to the system in addition to your resume during your application. We will establish contact with the candidates accepted to the internship program to plan the internship schedule.

• How can I learn about the result of my interview?

After the completion of the interview program, all candidates are informed about the results, either positive or negative, by the Human Resources and relevant departments. The timing of these notifications varies depending on the intensity of the interview program and the closing time of the job post. A delay in the schedule does not indicate a negative result of your interview. You can track the status of your application by logging into the system with your created account.

• What should I expect after the result of my interview?

After the completion of the interview program, all candidates are informed about the results, either positive or negative, by the Human Resources and relevant departments. Following these notifications, we will make a formal job offer to the successful candidates. Once our job offer is accepted, we initiate the recruitment processes and provide the necessary documentation. The start dates for employment are decided in coordination with the candidate, with the final date being determined by the Human Resources department. A negative result in your interview is only an evaluation related to the specific selection process. It does not affect applications for different positions and/or at different times. According to the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), your applications are kept for a period of 2 years. During this period, if there are job opportunities that match your experience, we may contact you again.
