Call Center Staff
We are looking for a team member with the following qualifications for our company operating in the aviation sector.
Qualifications:
- Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree.
- Possess advanced English or German grammar, listening, writing, and speaking skills.
- Preferably, have experience in a call center.
- Have experience in similar communication positions.
- Possess strong diction and self-expression skills.
- Focus on solution and gratification in conflict resolution.
- Able to work at an intensive pace.
- Able to work shifts and flexible hours.
- Located in or able to reside in Antalya.
- Preferably, have knowledge of aviation terminology.
- Possess advanced skills in using MS Office programs.
- For male candidates, having served as soldiers or being suspended for at least 2 years.
Job Description:
- Respond to passenger inquiries through email, calls, and other social media channels.
- Direct requests and demands to the relevant departments and maintain records of them.
- Generate solutions by identifying passengers’ problems and needs.
- Report for improvement and follow up on passengers' demands while maintaining quality standards.
- Offer solutions to enhance processes.
- Work with coordination and collaboration with other departments to provide permanent solutions for customer satisfaction.
