We are seeking a team member with the following qualifications to be appointed as "Finance Chief" in our company operating in the aviation sector.

 

General Qualifications:

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
  • Team player
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, questioning, and research skills
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance
  • Proficiency in English
  • Presentable, solution-oriented, and strong communication skills
  • Proficient in banking, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Knowledge of accounting

 

Job Description:

 

  • Preparation and reporting of payment and collection programmes
  • Preparation of daily payment plans, reporting to central finance
  • Execution and reporting of daily financial operations in line with companies' cash flow planning
  • Accounting of Credit Payment Tables
  • Involvement in the development of companies' collection systems, monitoring, and support for continuous improvement
  • Coordination and control of daily intensive financial transactions
  • Ensuring the control and reporting of daily bank records
  • Ensuring and controlling the execution of daily cash, payment, and fund transfer transactions
  • Obtaining information and document flow with banks and financial institutions
  • Creation of data for banks and other financial institutions
  • Preparation of financial files for banks
  • Handling credit card transactions
  • Reconciliation of payroll, expense, and deduction amounts with the Human Resources department
  • Tracking of guarantee letter processes
