We are looking for a "Help Desk Personnel" to join our team in a company operating in the aviation sector, with the following qualifications:
General Qualifications:
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities
- Previous experience as a Help Desk personnel in the IT field
- At least 5 years of experience in system and network management
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in IT Network and Systems
- Experience in Active Directory, firewalls, antivirus systems, and virtualization Technologies
- Experienced in Azure, Office 365, and Exchange
- Knowledgeable in storage and backup solutions, log management
- Possess an analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Knowledgeable and experienced in security products and technologies (Firewall, IPS, Access Control Systems, End-User Security, DLP, EDR, Antivirus, Web/Email Application Security, etc.)
- High communication and problem-solving skills, team-oriented
- Knowledge and experience in call center management and IT service process integration
- Preferably knowledgeable in software used in the retail sector
- Proficient in English at a level to follow technical documentation and communicate effectively with vendor companies
- Experienced in providing end-user support in a domain environment (operating systems, Office applications, VPN connections, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in handling requests and solving problems related to Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 architectures
- Knowledgeable in IP phone installations
- Familiar with TCP/IP, Routing, LAN Switching, Firewall, IPS, WAN, MPLS, VLAN, 802.1x, and VPN
- Experienced in antivirus, DLP, PRTG, SIEM, and VPN solutions
- Team-oriented, capable of documenting processes, and able to think analytically to solve problems with a success-focused approach
- No travel restrictions
- Residing in Antalya
- For male candidates, military service must be completed
- Able to drive a vehicle
Job Description:
- Respond to, log, and resolve issue and request notifications
- Prepare required reports and documentation after actions are performed and submit them to the relevant manager
- Resolve issues and requests within the organization either face-to-face or remotely
- Resolve user equipment-related issues, install necessary software, and perform updates
- Conduct analyses for issue resolution and collaborate with the relevant manager and team
- Ensure the smooth operation of internal software and provide user support
- Coordinate the setup and planning of network systems
- Test, update, and upgrade computer systems
- Manage Veeam data backup
- Ensure continuity of internal systems, network, and security services
- Respond to support requests remotely and in a timely manner
- Share detailed reports and presentations about the systems managed with the management team
