We are looking for a qualified team member to join our company operating in the aviation industry as a Software Support Specialist.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software support, business analysis, or project management,
- Knowledge of MRO software, preferably experienced with Wings or Amos,
- Experience in the aviation industry or similarly regulated sectors; preferably familiar with airline software such as PSS, DCS, ticketing, and reservation systems,
- Understanding of software integration, API/Web services (SOAP, REST), and data flow design,
- Proficient in ERP, planning, maintenance, and inventory-related business processes,
- Preferably experienced with systems such as Wings, Hitit, AIMS, SAP, or Logo,
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies; able to work with tools like Jira and Confluence,
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS to collaborate with software interfaces,
- Skilled in data analysis, business requirement definition, process modeling (BPMN), and documentation,
- Capable of translating user needs into business requirements and bridging technical teams with business units,
- Strong communication skills, solution-oriented, and results-driven,
- Proficient in written and spoken English,
- Holds a valid driver’s license and resides in Antalya or is willing to relocate,
- For male candidates, military service must be completed.
Job Description
- Analyze software support requests from end users, resolve issues, or escalate them to the relevant teams,
- Manage application installations, user account administration, and access/authorization operations,
- Provide technical support and assist users in processes related to MRO applications (particularly Wings, Amos),
- Analyze software issues and coordinate resolution with development teams,
- Take an active role in integration projects (API, data transfer, system integration), write and execute test scenarios,
- Analyze business requirements before software development and prepare business requirement documentation,
- Organize and track User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and document test results,
- Conduct process analysis and propose system improvement suggestions,
- Prepare technical documentation and user manuals,
- Support technical and operational teams through data queries (e.g., SQL) and analysis.
