We are seeking a qualified “Call Center Staff” to join our team and support the delivery of a high-quality passenger experience within our aviation operations.

 

Qualifications:

·  Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field,

·  Advanced proficiency in English or German (both written and spoken),

·  Preferably experienced in call center or customer experience roles,

·  Strong communication skills with clear diction and effective self-expression,

·  Solution-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction,

·  Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,

·  Adaptable to flexible and shift-based working schedules,

·  Residing in Antalya or willing to relocate,

·  Preferably familiar with aviation terminology,

·  Proficient in MS Office applications,

·  For male candidates: completion of military service or minimum 2 years of deferment.

 

Job Description:

·  Respond to passenger inquiries via email, phone, and social media channels,

·  Forward incoming requests to relevant departments and ensure proper follow-up,

·  Identify passenger needs and provide effective and timely solutions,

·  Monitor requests in line with quality standards and prepare relevant reports,

·  Contribute to process improvement by providing actionable suggestions,

·  Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high levels of passenger satisfaction.
