We are looking for a qualified team member to join our company operating in the aviation industry as an Compliance Monitoring and Safety Auditor (Technical).

 

General Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance, Aviation, Aviation Management, Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, or other related Engineering disciplines,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the civil aviation industry,
  • Holds up-to-date training certificates from an Approved Training Organization in Part-M/Part-CAMO, Part-145, Part-66, Part-147, ISO 9001 Quality Systems, Internal Auditor, and SAFA Ramp Inspection,
  • Experienced in Safety Management Systems (SMS),
  • Field experience in aircraft inspections (Product Inspections, Ramp Inspections),
  • Preferably experienced in IOSA operations,
  • Preferably holds a “Train the Trainer” certificate,
  • Preferably familiar with Wings and Kamelon programs,
  • Responsible, team-oriented, proactive, and open to continuous improvement,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills,
  • Detail-oriented with high motivation,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Aviation English,
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed,
  • Residence in Antalya.

 

Job Description

 

  • Prepare annual audit plans and conduct assigned audits within the scope of Technical Compliance Monitoring (SHT-CAM/Part-M & Part-CAMO, SHT-145/Part-145, SAAU-145, OTAR Part-145, IOSA) and prepare related activity reports,
  • Monitor the validity of the company’s SHGM, EASA, BCAA, and SAAU authorizations, follow up on authority inspections, findings, closures, and related correspondence, and prepare necessary applications,
  • Monitor, prepare, and follow up the approval process of manuals such as MOE, CAME, MEL, and AMP for compliance with SHGM, EASA, BCAA, SAAU, and IOSA regulations,
  • Track updates in SHGM, EASA, BCAA, SAAU, and IOSA regulations and revise manuals, checklists, and forms accordingly,
  • Monitor SAFA inspections conducted on company aircraft,
  • Evaluate authorization requests for all authorized personnel, prepare authorization checklists, and keep personnel authorization lists up to date,
  • Conduct official correspondence related to Compliance Monitoring and Safety (Technical) activities.
