We are looking for a qualified team member to join our company operating in the aviation industry as a Cost Control Specialist.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of cost control experience, preferably within the aviation industry,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Based in Antalya or willing to relocate,
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; German is considered an asset,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to identify cost optimization and cost-saving opportunities,
  • Solution-oriented with strong attention to detail.

 

Job Description:

  • Review and verify Direct Operating Costs (DOC) and Technical Cost Control by analyzing Indirect Cost Control invoices through the Cost Control system, and initiate appeals when necessary in accordance with contractual agreements,
  • Support the preparation and system upload of Budget, Forecast, and Estimation data, and assist in resolving system-related discrepancies,
  • Coordinate and manage route calculation processes,
  • Monitor and coordinate daily Cost Control operations in close collaboration with the Accounting and Finance Departments,
  • Maintain and update relevant master data and statistical information in the system,
  • Enter and update agreement-related data, including contract values and responsible airports, into the system in line with updates from the relevant departments.
