We are looking for a qualified team member to join our company operating in the aviation industry as an Crew Assignment Specialist.

 

General Qualifications

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Aviation or related departments of universities,
  • Knowledgeable about the SHT-FTL Regulation,
  • Proficient in MS Office programms,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Experienced in crew planning/assignment or having experience in the aviation industry,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment,
  • Open to learning with strong communication skills,
  • Team-oriented with strong organizational abilities,
  • Capable of maintaining interdepartmental coordination,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Suitable for shift work,
  • Residence in Antalya.

 

Job Description

  • Ensure the daily operation is carried out on time in coordination with relevant departments and in compliance with SHT-FTL regulations,
  • Accurately and promptly implement operational decisions and/or changes on the system following updates,
  • Act proactively to prevent potential disruptions and take necessary measures through coordination with relevant units,
  • Ensure that any changes occurring in daily operations are communicated to flight crews on time in accordance with the crew planning manual,
  • After the publication of daily flight schedules, ensure timely and accurate data entry of reports, passports, etc., submitted by flight crews into the system,
  • Following the publication of daily crew schedules, ensure necessary updates to transfer, hotel, and ticket reservations in case of additions, cancellations, or modifications,
  • Submit daily reports to the direct supervisor.
