We are looking for a team member to join our company operating in the aviation sector as a “Crew Planning Specialist”, possessing the qualifications listed below.

General Qualifications

Graduated from universities, preferably from aviation-related departments,
Thorough knowledge of the SHT-FTL Regulation,
Proficient in MS Office programs,
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
Minimum 3 years of experience in crew planning,
Knowledge of national and international regulations related to the duties and responsibilities of the position,
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment,
Strong team player with high organizational skills,
No military service obligation for male candidates.

Job Description

Preparing flight crew duty rosters in compliance with SHT-FTL regulations regarding duty and rest periods, and publishing them at least 24 hours in advance covering a minimum period of 14 days,
Planning extended rest periods for recency purposes and other legal off days, and ensuring crew members are informed well in advance,
Coordinating with relevant departments in line with requests from the Flight Operations Department and Cabin Operations Department to adjust schedules accordingly,
Monitoring and reporting crew planning-related costs,
Ensuring coordination between the Crew Planning Department and other units to maintain the continuity of daily operations,
Creating optimum flight duty pairings,
Ensuring that layover day numbers of the assigned fleet are reported to the Crew Planning Directorate,
Reporting the number of layover days of the assigned fleet to the Crew Planning Department,
Supporting software-related processes during the preparation of flight schedules.
