To Take Your Place on This Journey

  • You hold a degree from a relevant university department,
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk operations,
  • You are proficient in Windows operating systems,
  • You have experience with Microsoft 365 administration,
  • You have knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) / Entra ID,
  • You are familiar with Active Directory user and group management,
  • You have experience with endpoint management tools,
  • You have knowledge of basic networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi,
  • You have experience in hardware installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance processes,
  • You can provide support for printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices,
  • You are familiar with ticket management systems,
  • You have strong documentation and reporting skills,
  • You are confident in your communication and problem-solving abilities,
  • You are a team player who can take initiative and ownership of responsibilities,
  • You are based in Antalya or willing to relocate,
  • You have English proficiency at B1 level or above, 
  • For male candidates, you have completed your military service or have at least 2 years of military service deferment remaining,

What Awaits You in This Role?

  • You will provide remote and on-site support for end users regarding hardware, software, and access-related issues.
  • You will manage user account creation, updates, and authorization processes.
  • You will perform the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, telephones, and other IT equipment.
  • You will log, prioritize, and resolve incoming support requests.
  • You will provide user support for Microsoft 365 and other corporate applications.
  • You will support inventory tracking and IT asset management processes.
  • You will work in compliance with information security policies and procedures.
  • You will create, maintain, and update documentation related to IT processes and operations.
