We are looking for a qualified team member to join our company operating in the aviation industry as an Safety Management System (SMS) Specialist.

General Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation and Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Industrial Engineering departments,
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field of Safety within the Civil Aviation sector,
  •  Preferably trained in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and Internal Auditing,
  • Knowledge and experience in Emergency Response Planning,
  • Preferably knowledgeable about Fatigue Risk Management Systems (FRMS),
  • Proven knowledge and experience in Safety Management Systems (SMS),
  • Preferably experienced in aircraft inspections (Product Inspections, Ramp Inspections),
  • Responsible, collaborative, open to continuous improvement, and able to take initiative when necessary,
  • Certified in “Train the Trainer” programs,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills,
  • Detail-oriented with high motivation,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Aviation English,
  • For male candidates, military service must be completed,
  • Residence in Antalya.
  • No travel restrictions.

Job Description:

  • Manage the Safety Management System (SMS), Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS), and Emergency Response Plan,
  • Carry out daily SMS-related activities,
  • Conduct statistical and analytical studies,
  • Ensure consistent information flow between the Authority and internal departments,
  • Prepare, monitor, and maintain documentation up to date,
  • Coordinate related meetings, record minutes, and ensure follow-up of decisions,
  • Monitor Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs),
  • Develop, deliver, and track relevant training programs,
  • Conduct and monitor risk assessments.
